British Motocross Championships Round 4 @ LYNG!

13. June 2010 19:45 - Posted by Lucy-Anne

Today myself and new Maxxis babe Holly were at the British Moto X Championships @ Lyng, Norfolk.

I hadn't been to any of the rounds for this so was a new experience for me :)

We spent the beginning of the day just mingling around the track having pictures taking with the public and just generally getting to grips and enjoying the atmosphere.

Just before the races began we met our riders and spent some time with them whilst they were having an autograph session. The support from the public was really nice and there were lots of families at this event to which I thought was really lovely to :)

Holly and I were doing the startline for the races which was so much fun doing motocross is a very different experience in my opinion compared to the BSB and Drifting but I did realy enjoy it! I can't believe how long the rounds are and also how high the bikes can jump! The riders must be very FIT!!

The weather wasn't to great for the whole day but the rain did hold off long enough for the races however when we were on the podium for the trophy ceremony the heavens decided to open and it poured!! But generally we were very lucky with the weather it could have been alot worse .. and muddier!!

I hope everyone that came along to this round had a great day and congratulations to the winners.

Lots of Love

Lucy-Anne xx
