WOW!!! How hot has it been today??
Rachelle and I have spent the day at Silverstone today for round 2 of the BDC and what an awesome day it has been!! The weather has been absolutley fantastic and we have even got tan lines :)
We spent the beginning of the day having pictures with the crowd and also giving out lots of free Maxxis goodies and then in the afternoon when the actual drifting event began we were very lucky and were allowed to watch the event from the stands and I must say what a talent the drivers have .. it looks so scary!! hehe!
We got to know all about the rules for drifiting and generally enjoyed spectating.
Maxxis sponsor Team Japspeed and I must say congratulations to them as both Danny Eyles and Shane Lynch from Team Japspeed both took 1st and 2nd place on the podium from this event!
It was so much fun and Rachelle and I look forward to seeing you at the next round at Lydden Hill in June :)
