Today was Round 2 of the BDC at silverstone and can I just start by saying, Wow! what a scorcher off a day! The sun was so hot and the maxxis babes are getting a tan and very thankful for their maxxis hotpants!!
When we arrived, the crowd was building up quickly so we took the opportunity to walk around giving away our maxxis freebies :-)
Through out the day we had many photos taken with fans and even got to watch the Drifting ourselves! Lucy Anne and I hadnt really seen it properly so we thought this was a good chance to learn the rules and to see just how talented these drivers were. There were a group of young guys next to us and every few minutes we would ask them questions about the drifting! poor guys, but at least we both know all about the rules now!
The maxxis team sponsor Shane Lynch and Danny E and we were very proud that they took 1st and 2nd place on the podium for this round.
