Pitlane walk about 9.30am Nice & early so all fresh faces lol, Lots of public at this event queing for signed posters & pictures with riders & the girls.
The weather was amazing so made our day alot more fun as we got to eat ice creams yum. We also took a walk around the pits & public for some more pics, also at hospitality we welcomed the VIP guest as they got another chance to meet the riders.
Really good racing again this weekend from MSS kawasaki, Howie was taking Simon andrews ride in the BSB with Gary mason as well as doing superstock 1000 as Simon Anderew had a bad off in the WSBK last weekend which he has broken his heel, top of his foot and his wrist, so will be out for at least another 6 weeks before he gets back on the track. Get well soon Si. Howie came away with another podium finish from superstock 1000 finishing 2nd. BSB he wasnt quite so lucky as Howie was taken out in the first race by another rider, meaning his bike was then declared unusable for the second race, but Gary mason did really well in race one finishing with the 2nd fastest lap time putting him second on the grid for race 2.
We also have a junior rider Superstock 600 Rider, Danny Buchan his firt time at thruxton & got a top ten which is very impressive for a 16 year-old.
So all in all really good weekend for the team.
