It's 8.30 AM when I arrive. I sneak past the people collecting tickets *i always manage to do this without being caught, or else I smile very politely and ask where it is I should be going...maybe it's because i'm small and innocent looking, but they always seem to let me in?*
The other girls arrive, and, after a long treck to find the Maxxis van, the fun begins. We spent the morning talking to people in the pit lane lots of picture in the pit lane walk about from the public.. Steve took us out for some photo fun in the afternoon; we got candyfloss & sweets from a very nice man who had photos with us.
Memorable moments include me & Kelly riding on the spin doctor (a massive ride that takes you up into the air and spins round quite a bit as you're flying about in the air, my favourite ride in the whole world, to be precise! It was even funnier in hardly any clothes & high heels!) Unfortunately I didn't get to go on the grid today because our rider crashed during the first race...cant believe there's only one race left before it's all over for another year, Bring on Oulton Park and the after party!
